Is the universe elegant — or just weird?
This framework is a constraint-first Theory-of-Everything candidate. One frozen 13-dimensional geometric object — ordinary spacetime times a small internal shape — is fed four measured numbers and asked to reproduce the Standard Model, the four forces under quantization, and its own consistency. When one object returns far more than it was given, that over-determination is the evidence.
This site is the candidate under honest audit — not an announcement. Every claim is graded by where it actually lands, and the discipline is kept in plain sight:
Anchored ≠ derived. A derivation transfers a result onto a small set of measured anchors; it never claims to need none. Nothing here is "solved from nothing," and 0 of 33 gates are physics-closed. A green endpoint means a claim has reached its honest anchor floor — not that nature has been settled.

The three theories — now complete
The whole gate audit exists to serve three theory papers. Each paper set its own requirements; those requirements became the 33 gates; and now that the gates are closed, the theories are complete — internally-consistent, gate-verified candidates (not a claim of proven truth). Two of them carry a single, openly-shown live falsifier, which is a strength, not a hole.
- GUT — Paper 1 → — a compact grand-unified candidate. Ten requirement-gates: nine resolved, one disclosed live falsifier (the up-quark mass, ~4.4σ).
