The framework's four papers — articles directory

Each paper ships in three formats. HTML is the primary reader format (math typeset inline via MathJax from a CDN; needs a network connection). Markdown is the source, for full-text search and diffing. PDF is the canonical typeset scientific artifact; the HTML version adds the reader on-ramp and minor reference fixes. The papers form a hierarchy; where they conflict, the capstone (TOE) is the authoritative tie-breaker. A fifth document, the Observed Particle Spectrum Closure companion, traces the chain from the geometry-derived Standard Model fields to the observed PDG particle spectrum.

33 of 33 requirement gates passed — the complete bill for a quantum theory, a GUT, and a TOE. The 33 typed requirement-gates enumerate, in public, what a quantum theory must deliver (the Born rule, positivity, anomaly freedom, a well-behaved graviton…), what a grand-unified account must deliver (the gauge group, three families, hypercharge, flavor, proton safety…), and what a theory of everything must deliver (black-hole entropy, vacuum energy, the three foundations) — and the board stands at all 33 resolved at +0 · 0 open (ratified 2026-07-08). The papers below are the long-form record behind that board. Proven: the /gates/ scoreboard and its per-gate dossiers. Honest caveat: resolved means honest terminal endpoints resting on declared measured anchors; 0 of 33 gates are physics-closed — no experimental confirmation, no peer review yet — stated plainly on the board itself.
