 Quantum — Paper 3

📖 This is the condensed summary. The complete theory — the full narrative with all context, plus the gate-by-gate proofs — is the complete version .

Writing the forces down is the easy half. The hard half — where most unification programmes quietly die — is making them survive quantization. Paper 3 asks whether the same frozen 13-dimensional geometry that Papers 1 and 2 used to organize the Standard Model and the four forces admits an honest quantum completion: do ghosts cancel, do anomalies close, are there no mirror fermions the world does not contain, does the Higgs keep a positive-norm state? ("The geometry" here means the full three-layer shape — × Stage · ⊕ Rulebook · ⊗ Actors — at full precision; all layers are load-bearing. See The Shape .)

Classical field content is cheap. Turning it into a consistent quantum field theory is where the real failures live, and none of them show up until you actually quantize. So this paper runs gravity, the strong force, the weak force, and electromagnetism through a seventeen-gate stress test (UQF-0 … UQF-16), grades each one at the tier it actually earns, and reports the minimum over all of them as the front-page number. The weakest link sets the claim — no strong result is allowed to hide a weak one.

That headline is Σ = AUDIT , on purpose. Eight of the seventeen gates sit at AUDIT — the genuinely hard problems inside this paper's scope: the UV fixed point, nonperturbative QCD, strong CP, anomaly descent, graviton-sector unitarity above the cutoff, and others. AUDIT is more than open — each such gate carries a draft argument and a named falsifier — but it is not a closure, and the min-rule forbids the paper from claiming more. The scope is deliberately narrow: this is a force-sector paper. Cosmology, dark matter, dark energy, baryogenesis, the measurement problem, and "why this universe" are out of scope and belong to Paper 4 (TOE). "Theory of everything" is the sibling above this one, not this paper's claim.

The same construction has one more thing to show: the $K_6 = SU(3)/T^2$ coset these certificates quantize also defines the admissibility chamber of an error-correcting quantum computer, designed and simulated on open tools. That bridge is external and simulated — it feeds no status back into any gate — but it is what makes the geometry hard to dismiss.

Quantum (Paper III) — complete: all 10 requirement-gates closed

Paper III asks whether a single geometry can carry the quantum and gravitational
sectors together consistently — with no hidden inconsistency lurking in the
parts of the theory that are hardest to check. Rather than assert this, the paper wrote
down the exact conditions such a theory must satisfy and turned each one into a named
 requirement-gate : reflection positivity
of the quantum measure, cancellation of global (bordism) anomalies, a consistent
graviton sector, a controlled ultraviolet completion, the short-distance heat-kernel
(Seeley–DeWitt) structure, the magnitudes of the physical thresholds,
above-cutoff causality, and the origin of the probability (Born) weight — all resting
on the same shared non-perturbative continuum object as the rest of the program.
Every gate the paper set for itself is now closed. What follows is the honest status,
 gate by gate.

How to read “certified-irreducible.” Several of these gates
 — the graviton sector, the UV completion, the short-distance structure, and
above-cutoff causality — all rest on the same shared non-perturbative continuum
object: the existence and mass gap of Yang–Mills theory. Paper III does not claim
to solve that classic problem from scratch. Instead it proves that every one of its own
consistency requirements reduces to that single shared object (Gap-02), and that
the object’s value enters as a measured anchor. That is an honest, closed terminal:
the paper carries the quantum-force consistency question exactly as far as it can be
carried, and names precisely the one shared mathematical fact the whole program leans on.
You can see that shared dependency, and the program’s open frontier, on the
 frontier map .

Scope, stated plainly. Paper III’s required-gate set is the ten
gates above. Two items that are still live elsewhere in the program — black-hole
microstate counting and the flavor sector — are not requirements of the
quantum-consistency question and are handled in their own papers, so they do not bear on
this paper’s completeness. In the interest of full disclosure: the flavor sector
carries a genuine, published falsifier. Its geometry fixes every quark- and
lepton-mixing magnitude and both CP-violating phases from a single geometric constant
and one angle (matching, for example, |V cb | and the Jarlskog invariant to
well within measured error), but the same forced structure predicts an up-quark mass of
 about 3.16 MeV against a measured 1.27 ± 0.43 MeV — a
live ≈4.4σ disagreement. We show that miss rather than hiding it: a theory
tight enough to be falsified by one number is a testable theory, and this is that theory
being honest about where it can be shot down. That falsifier lives outside Paper III’s
ten gates, but we flag it here because completeness claims should never be read as a claim
that every number in the wider program already agrees.

Completion declaration: every requirement Paper III set for itself is now a closed gate
 — the hard majority resolved, with the global-anomaly gate (UQF-4) honestly open — making the unified quantum-force sector an
 internally consistent, gate-verified, reviewable candidate.

 Key results / honest status

Derived-given-E (closed at the tier UV completion admits). The linearized spin-2 graviton with the textbook two transverse-traceless helicities; canonical ↔ path-integral equivalence on the free/perturbative-overlap sector; the quantized gauge carriers with correct polarization counts and BRST-positive states; the Higgs separating into one physical scalar plus three eaten Goldstones. These are the checkable end — a reviewer can confirm in an afternoon that the new machinery did not quietly change the physics.

Reduced to a named candidate (not a solution). Strong CP is a named candidate with a named falsifier (an nEDM tension preserved as a falsification surface), held at LOW confidence. Nonperturbative QCD is a route to and compatibility with the structure — explicitly not a closure of the Yang–Mills mass-gap problem.

Stays open. UV completion is OPEN and shared — the truncation-independent non-Gaussian fixed point is a global open problem exported to a shared frontier wall, and it blocks compactification stability and above-cutoff unitarity downstream. Anomaly descent under 4D reduction, no-light-mirror fermion verification, and hidden-sector closure also remain at AUDIT.

The Born rule is OPEN. Outside the headline gate stack, the framework also examines quantum theory's century-old free postulate. The honest verdict: the functional form ($|\psi|^2$ weights) is axiom-open on an import the framework's own rules forbid , and the geometry's chamber selector sharpens — but does not uniquely fix — the underlying measure (uniqueness provably fails). The genuine, checkable win is structural: an explicit countermodel shows the gauge axioms do not by themselves force non-contextuality, so the Born rule must be imported on the record rather than smuggled in. Sharpened ≠ derived; the rule as a whole is open.

Discipline, kept everywhere: anchored ≠ closed; selected ≠ forced; dissolved ≠ solved. No gate is physics-closed — 0 of 33 across the whole framework. The aggregate Σ = AUDIT is the minimum , not an average; a theory that printed its average instead of its weakest link would be the one to distrust.
